It is a gel that is injected under the skin in order to add volume and lift up the lips, wrinkles and folds.Dermal fillers consist of hyaluronic acid, which is a natural substance already present in the skin.
Once in the skin, dermal fillers works together with the body’s own hyaluronic acid and join forces to create volume.

What does the treatment involve?

Dermal fillers is injected using a very thin needle into the dermis. It is a quick and easy process.

How long does the treatment take?

One treatment session takes about 30 minutes and there is no pre-test required.

What side effects or risks are there?

Reactions are very uncommon, but about 1 in 2000 people have experienced transient swelling, redness and tenderness at or near the treatment site for up to several weeks after the treatment.

How long is recovery time?

Immediately after the treatment, the treated area can be slightly swollen and red.

What results can I expect?

How long the effect of dermal filler treatments is very individual. It depends on many factors, such as structure of the skin, lifestyle and age as well as on the degree of perfection demanded by the individual. The majority of patients treated about 50-80% of the effect remains after 6 months.
